"20/04/2021: Went in to subway today to collect my wife's order the woman behind the counter didn't know how the on-line ordering worked then once i had received my order i couldn't get the drinks machine to work so tried to get the attention of the 2 employees yapping out the back by saying excuse me very loudly 5 times only to be ignored :("
