"Casual but stylish vegan restaurant Harmonium opened its doors in Leith in 2017, and has gone from strength to strength ever since. The airy ex-pub is friendly and has a great menu that changes regularly, but at various times of year you can expect to see their take on a surf n'turf: a large seitan steak served with creamy potato puree, garlic butter, seared vegan scallops, steamed kale and green beans with smoked paprika. Other popular menu items include their battered "to-fish" supper, and their spicy jackfruit curry."

"This large, airy vegan cafe and wellness centre on Causewayside has a huge garden and hosts lots of events. They also sell a wide range of delicious vegan meals (their vegan mac n’ cheese is to die for) and beautiful cakes, as well as healthy salads and tasty soup. Their scrambled tofu - served as part of their breakfast offering - has been voted the best in town."

"Sadly, the tea was made with powder which results in a negative review. I asked the boba-barista (lol, I just made up a word) to make my drink with 25% sweetness, but he was unable to adjust the level of sweetness. The drink was a little too sweet for my taste."
